About

Originally from Los Angeles, Elyce has been living in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2006. She started her career in book editing and then moved into marketing and communications. Over the years, she's served at some of the Bay Area's most respected nonprofits, including KQED, the San Francisco SPCA, St. Anthony's, and Kaiser Permanente.  ​

 

Today she works as Manager of Marketing & Communications at JFCS East Bay and continues as a freelance contributor for KQED, Pavane Publishing, and Kaiser Permanente Northern California. 

When not busy writing or designing, Elyce can be found playing with her pug, solving BBC mysteries, or drinking coffee on outdoor patios.
